Voice SMS company Bubble Motion, which recently raised $14 million in 3rd round funding, has made a number of executive appointments.

-- TS Ramakrishnan has joined as CTO. Ramakrishnan most recently served as VP of Engineering at AdMob, and before that as VP of Engineering for Facebook.
-- Paul Hedman has been appointed Vice President, EMEA. Hedman previously served as COO for Seven Networks.
-- Chris Dunn is the new CFO. Dunn most recently was CFO for broadband network Covad Communications.
-- Rick Osterloh joins as an Advisor to the Bubble Motion executive team… Osterloh is the General Manager of Google (NSDQ: GOOG) Android Products at Motorola, and was VP of marketing and product management at Good before it was bought by Motorola (NYSE: MOT).
