Highley has joined as chief business development officer and Mazzatta has joined as VP-business development. A telecom industry veteran, Highley has been corporate VP of marketing for Sprint (NYSE: S) and president and CEO of Integrated Mobile, Inc. Mazzatta comes from IBM Global Technology Systems, having led strategy for the company’s wireless and RFID markets.

-- Distributive Networks: Jeff Lee has joined the company as its new president, he tells us. Most recently, he was on iO global’s management team and will continue to be part of its advisory board. Prior to iO global, he was CEO of Proteus.
