Island Def Jam Music Group (IDJMG) has tapped former Flycell web marketing VP Mark Lehmann for its newly created role of VP of web and mobile marketing, according to Billboard.biz. He reports directly to Christian Jorg, senior IDJMG’s VP of new media and commerce. Lehmann will be responsible for customer experience on all IDJ Web properties, mobile sites and new media. First up on his new work checklist is launching the new Island Def Jam Web site, which will combine Defjam.com, Islandrecords.com, RocaFella.com and others. While at mobile entertaintemnt firm Flycell, Lehmann was in charge of IDJ’s music subscription service launch.
