Industry Moves: MediaFLO Hires New Managers For Content And Marketing

MediaFLO USA, the mobile broadcast TV service owned by Qualcomm (NSDQ: QCOM), said today it added two managers to its team: Jonathan Barzilay was appointed to the position of SVP of programming and advertising and Matt Milne as SVP of sales and marketing. 

-- Barzilay will be responsible for managing programming for FLO TV as well as acquiring new content and developing original programming. MediaFLO said he will also work on developing new models for the mobile media and manage key strategic content partnerships. Prior to MedaFLO, Barzilay held positions at CBS Interactive (NYSE: CBS), The Walt Disney (NYSE: DIS) Company and ABC Television Network.

-- Matt Milne joins MediaFLO USA as SVP of sales and marketing, responsible for leading strategy, brand positioning, sales, marketing and channel development efforts. Prior to MediaFLO, Milne worked at Viewsonic, and Gateway.
