Industry Moves: Sandrine DuFour Appointed Chairman Of Vivendi Mobile Entertainment

Vivendi (EPA: VIV) announced today that deputy CFO Sandrine DuFour is stepping into the role of Chairman of Vivendi Mobile Entertainment (VME), vacated by Robert de Metz who has left the company. There’s no specific word on any new responsibilities for DuFour; operations at zaOza, VME’s PC/mobile service that enables access to multimedia content will continue to be led by VME CEO Cédric Ponsot.
Forty-one year old DuFour was formerly Special Advisor to Vivendi’s CFO, CFO of VU Net as well as Vivendi’s SVP in charge of internal audit and special projects, based in New York.
