Interactive TV Software Developer Zodiac Interactive Sells Mobile Content Search Engine Zodigo

Interactive television software developer Zodiac Interactive has sold its mobile content search engine Zodigo in a management buy-out led by Zodigo CEO Matt Johnston, who was also Zodiac’s former SVP of strategy. Zodiac founder and COO Alex Libkind said the move was beneficial for both companies, as each could now focus specifically on their area. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed
