Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT) announced today it has completed its acquisition of cell phone firm Danger. The company is being integrated into Microsoft’s newly created Premium Mobile Experiences (PMX) team, a group within the Mobile Communications Business (MCB) of the software behemoth’s Entertainment and Devices division. Danger co-founders Matt Hershenson and Joe Britt are joining Microsoft, and will be part of the PMX team, which is focused on consumer-facing mobile projects.
