The global market for mobile advertising and marketing will be about $3 billion by the end of 2007, according to ABI Research. There’s no mention of how this is calculated, mind… Anyway, the research company goes on to predict that the value of global mobile advertising and marketing will be $19 billion by 2011, of which $9 billion will come from broadcast mobile video advertising. That is going to depend a lot on how the mobile broadcast TV market takes off, and what business models are followed. (release)
