Mobile Widget Firm Plusmo Raises $4.41 Million In First Round

Two-year old mobile widget firm Plusmo has raised $4.41 million in its first round of funding led by VC’s New Enterprise Associates, reports VentureBeat. The Santa Clara-based firm, started by ex-Google (NSDQ: GOOG) staff among others, has over 20,000 mobile widgets on its service, and allows users to create ones that aren’t available.
