By Rafat Ali - Sun 10 Jun 2007 05:08 PM PST

When it rains, it pours: UK mobile content firm Monstermob, now majority controlled by Lanetro Zed, is still having some troubles dealing with all the companies it bought in the recent years:
-- Two of its Chinese subsidiaries, M Dream and W Infinity have stopped providing it with any further financial or operational information. Monstermob says that it is currently taking legal advice as to the best way of responding to this situation and will make further announcements in due course, it said. M Dream was acquired in January 2006 and W Infinity in April 2006. For 2006, M Dream and W Infinity accounted for $15.6 million out of the company’s total consolidated turnover of $213 million, and $8 million out of the company’s consolidated pre-exceptional EBITDA of $24.5 million. Details in release.
-- Also, it has agreed to a $2 million reduction in deferred payment for the acquisition of Botmers Ltd (Mobikon), its Russian business after the original terms were amended yesterday...The total estimated consideration payable, prior to the completion of the amendment, was $27.6 million, and now it is $25.55 million. Details in release.
