Motricity Owes Outsourcing Software Company Millions?

So alleges a California software company it hired in 2006 to set up an operation in India, according to this story. Motricity entered into a three-year agreement calling for Palo Alto, CA-based Symphony Services, a provider of software product development services, to set up a global operations center that would perform quality assurance work on Motricity’s software.
