NBCU’s Peacock Equity Investment In 4Info: $2.5 Million

We reported last month on how Peacock Equity--a JV between GE Commercial Finance’s Media, Communications & Entertainment business and NBC Universal--invested in mobile search and messaging provider 4INFO, but the amount was not disclosed. Now, according to an SEC filing, picked up by PEhub, that amount was $2.5 million....the amount formed part of a $15 million round, which also included $10 million from Gannett (NYSE: GCI) back in June.
