New Motion + Traffix Change Name To Atrinsic

New Motion (OTCBB: NWMO), the OTC-traded mobile content and applications firm which has just finished its merger with Traffix, is changing its name to Atrinsic, which of course says everything you need to know about the new company.
The new company has two divisions: Atrinsic Entertainment and Atrinsic Networks. The former is about content and apps, and the latter is about mobile and online advertising and marketing. At the close of the merger, Atrinsic is expected to have approximately $35 million in cash and no debt. More here.
