Nokia (NYSE: NOK) announced today it has completed its acquisition of Trolltech, the Norway-based mobile and embedded software company, whose product is used in popular software such as Skype, Google (NSDQ: GOOG) Earth and Adobe (NSDQ: ADBE) Photoshop Elements, and helps developers create apps for mobile phones that run across Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT) Windows, Apple (NSDQ: AAPL) Macintosh OS X and the Linux or Unix OS. When the deal was announced in January, Nokia was offering about NOK 16 per share in cash, which converts roughly to $155 million.
