Pivot Demand Tepid: Time Warner

By James Quintana Pearce - Wed 07 Nov 2007 03:32 PM PST

Reaction to Pivot, the joint-venture between Sprint (NYSE: S) Nextel and cable companies, has been tepid according to Time Warner. It seems customers aren’t that excited about linking their mobile phones with the other telco services they have, reports Reuters. However, Time Warner (NYSE: TWX) said it has no plans to cut the wireless offering from its service if demand remains weak, and it has a good relationship with Sprint. Time Warner started offering mobile services in April...Pivot is in nearly 40 markets across the US.
