HandsOn Forms Ad Division; China Exposure?

Mobile content publisher and distributor HandsOn (fka Mforma) has formed an advertising division, headed by veteran publishing exec John Rousseau...this marks HandsOn’s moves into mobile marketing arena. Rousseau is the President and GM of Hands-On Mobile Americas. Prior to joining HandsOn, Rousseau was President of the International Automotive Group at PRIMEDIA and also served as the CEO of IDG Entertainment for fifteen years.
On thing I’m curious about not related to this: HandsOn has a big China presence, through its acquisitions. Wondering what effect of China Mobile’s restrictions are on the company?
