TU Media’s S-DMB mobile TV service in Sth Korea crept past the 1 million mark on the day before Christmas. However, the company had targeted 1.2 million for the year… its latest moves have been to cut the subscription by 2000 won (US$2.14) to 9,900 won, and plans to launch more channels and services next year.
